Surprisingly it has nothing to do with my sex life... yet. Nor is is an indication of how long it takes me to eat hot wings. My goal for the year (within a year not by a date) is to run a five minute mile. I know, I am old and when I started got really winded and thought I was going to die running around the block. I believe I can do this.
